Can I apply for Return Online ?

Yes, you can apply for a return online by following the below steps..

1. Return can only be initiated from your mobile.

2. Go to gemncarat.com/my-account/ on your Phone browser or install our Mobile app.

3. If in the app go to the my-accounts section at the bottom menu.

4. Go to the orders tab in the my-account section.

5. Select the order for which you want to apply for a return scroll it right and find the View button.

6. Now find the button Track your order live. Click on it.

7.  After clicking on the button tracking page will open in front of you. If your product is delivered then you will find a Request for Return Button for 15 days after the product is delivered. Click on it and you will receive an OTP on your registered phone number. Verify OTP and select a valid reason.

8. If your reason is valid and matches our policies then We will initiate a return for you.
